I got the large for a 155lb, 5'7" man. If you dont get it one size up the arms and legs will be short. It is SUPER warm, thick fleece, not recommended for warm weather. My baby loves it! I already have the inflatable T-Rex costume, but it can be impractically large to wear in confined spaces, vision is limited, batteries wear out, and it's crazy hot inside. Then I saw this one. I needed something to wear for answering the door for Halloween. This looked comfy and functional. And indeed it is. I am 5'6", 155 lbs and M fits nice and loose, but not overly baggy. It is soft and seems well enough constructed for the price. It is very warm - so I will be dressing lightly underneath. I also bought green socks and the dino feet slippers to go with it. Honestly I am pretty happy with this purchase. I was a little iffy because I'm a big guy. 6ft, 287 pounds. I bought the XL. Didn't think this would fit, also thought the material would be bad.
