I'm 6'0 and 190 pounds, fit build, and I was really concerned about how this was going to fit. I ordered the Large and it worked out well. the legs run to about my shins but i don't care. It's roomy enough every other place. if you are going out for a onesie party, the pockets are a bit shallow. Just an FYI. It's warm and comfortable. After reading the reviews i decided to get the xl for halloween even tho i am normally a 3x. Bought it as a gift. The material is very soft and the fitting is nice and loose near the body. The plush that came with the pajama of course is not of the best quality, but its about the pajama and not the plush.
